How it works

Design Only:

You will receive your digital file via email in PDF format within 2 business days from your order. Please note, you WILL NOT receive a physical product with 'Design only' orders.

Print & Design:

Your design will be printed on 5mm foam board with a matte finish. This comes securely and safely bubble-wrapped, shipped to an Australian address only.

*We do our best to perfect your design, but please double check ALL INFORMATION, including spelling, before sending the order. The final responsibility for any errors lies with you and item will not be refunded.

Lead Time & Delivery

Design Only:

You will receive your design via email within 2 business days from your order.

Print & Design:

Once we have received your order, your sign will be designed & shipped within 4 business days.

Depending on your area, the delivery will take 5-14 business days.*

*Please allow at least 3 weeks to safely receive your item on time from your event. The delivery timeframes listed are estimates only, not guarantees and do not include delays from our couriers.

Custom Design

Can you change or add additional items to the designs?

Of course you can!

Simply email soireestation.au@gmail.com and we will help with your request. Please note, custom designs will be an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions

All items are non-refundable. It is the client's responsibility that all details, including spelling and dates, are correct before submitting the order.

The order does not come with the easel.

The names and date are the only items you can customise. Any additional changes beyond these will incur additional fees.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of the initial order placement without penalty. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of production.

All designs are the intellectual property of Soirée Station and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without explicit permission.
